Essential Job Functions/Duties:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Present and touch base in each account, physically with buyer, a minimum of once every 2 weeks.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and Sales Operations department.
- Ensure 100% product knowledge of distribution products and relevant competition.
- Report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Utilize CRM tool and track all sales communications, maintain up to date account information.
- Report daily sales numbers by end of each day, maintain account knowledge to be shared at any time.
- Accurate order inputting: price and order accuracy confirmed within 24 hours of receipt from account.
- Identify market shifts, trends, pricing and competition.
- Identify the leading products while recommending solutions to improve sales on slow performers.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ year’s experience in a sales related field A MUST.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and creativity to assist in execution of strategy to meet Company goals.
- Ability to work extended hours and workdays in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and work demands as needed.
- High level of personal and professional integrity.
- Organized, analytical, detail oriented, positive team player.
- Self-motivated, high energy and strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize items ensuring the most important and urgent matters are addressed.

We are looking for a superstar to perform a variety of bookkeeping and accounting tasks. The WA Accounting Associate / Office Manager will be a member of our outstanding team at Buddies. This position allows for professional growth and an upward career path. The successful candidate will have experience with A/R, A/P, banking and running reports in QuickBooks. This person is a self starter who is able to follow directions, take charge and get things done in a timely and accurate manner. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Associate / Office Manager will ensure that the company’s month end close is completed in a timely manner, with help from the entire team. Experience with cannabis compliance and operations is a huge plus.

- Manage territories, effectively allocating accounts amongst the sales team
- Ensure sure reps have an updated account contact list
- Implement CRM tool with account info and ensure sales rep accountability

- Identify market shifts, trends, pricing and competition

**TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Make sure team has necessary marketing materials and promo swag while staying within budget and the law
- Set realistic forecasts and work with sales team and Sales Ops team to meet sales goals
- Manage Sales Operations; Brand Ambassadors and Fulfillment Drivers
- Monthly reporting on total dollars sold and number of active and potential accounts
- Track sampling efforts and ensure effective follow up to convert accounts
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- 3+ years experience in a sales related field
- Multi-tasking, organization skills & attention to detail – important;
- Able to innovatively solve problems;
- Be a self starter and goal oriented;
- Possess Public Relations skills;
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
