SUMMARY:
The principle purpose of this position is to compute and prepare data for journal entries, reviews general ledger and related financial reports for reasonableness/accuracy. Accumulates and analyzes information for the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, reports and taxes. Assists in preparing financial reports. Assists in monthly closing procedures for Bud & Mary’s across all states.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate/Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting with 2-4 years of experience or Secondary/Pre-University diploma, or equivalent, with 5-7 years of applicable experience
- CPA is a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in month end close procedures.
- Timely and accurate reconciliations of assigned accounts.
- Ability to manage time to ensure transactions are recorded timely and accurately.
- Ability to follow and document process and procedures.
- Ability to work across departments and business units to resolve issues with transactions.
- Assist with internal control process & procedures.
- Assist with cost accounting functions.
- Assist with pulling information for requested analysis.
- Provide in-depth analysis of business transactions, this includes but is not limited to; customer accounts, AP & AR aging, OPEX, manufacturing costs, sales reporting. Ability to provide accurate data consistently.

· Two (2) plus years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Assist with day-to-day operations in a large-scale medical cannabis manufacturing operation.

SUMMARY:
Bud & Mary’s Budtender is the primary customer-facing position. The Budtender is expected to have a thorough understanding of cannabis products. This role provides exceptional customer service and reports to a Shift Lead and up to the Store Manager.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or equivalent (required)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Maintains a comprehensive understanding of products offered.
· Responsible for sales and the general customer experience.
· Responsible for using the department-selected secure sales, inventory tracking, and point-of-sales system (POS).
· Assists with cash handling and related activities.
· Maintains presentable, safe, and sanitary dispensary conditions.
· Greets visitors to the dispensary and answers phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
· Educates customers on the safe use and understanding of selected cannabis products.
· Assists with keeping the dispensary floor adequately stocked.

SUMMARY:
Bud & Mary's President runs the day-to-day operations of Bud & Mary's Michigan-based cannabis business. This position oversees the cultivation, laboratory, operations, and dispensary functions, working closely with senior management and ownership of the following: implement the company’s strategic plan, manage the company’s budget with responsibility for profits and losses, and develop the company’s internal and external business relationships, all specific to the business and operations in the state of Michigan.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, science or other related field with 3-5 years of experience in a professional work setting, preferably including management experience.
- Advanced degree preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Bud & Mary's Michigan-based businesses.
- Responsible for implementing Bud & Mary's strategic plan.
- Manage Michigan’s budget, including responsibility for profits and losses.
- Develop internal and external business relationships.
- Manage weekly and monthly production goals in cultivation and processing, in a cost-effective manner with a focus on quality.
- Evaluate current and future product mixes for Michigan dispensaries.
- Manage wholesale dispensary relations.
- Manage dispensary operations to effectively serve customers and to meet monthly sales goals.
- Lead and coach team members to meet expectations and comply with policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Coordinate with the finance team for weekly financial reviews.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure all IT solutions are working properly and are updated routinely.
- Coordinate with the HR team to hire, terminate, and review Michigan-based employees.
- Ensure employees receive proper training for their job functions.
- Ensure SOPs, safety procedures, and other processes and procedures are created, implemented, and followed.
- Manage relationship with local health authorities, including all related compliance functions.
- Ensure compliance with seed-to-sale tracking requirements.
