The Field Marketers are the boots on the ground piece of the Marketing team and are relationship builders who are regional representatives of Battle Green out in the field. You're the go to expert on all products, dispensaries, wholesale vendors, and contacts in your region.
What does the day-to-day look like?
You're visiting our partner dispensaries and building relationships with Managers, Owners, and Budtenders to get product on the shelves. Hosting pop-up events is crucial in making sure customers and budtenders alike are well educated on our products. To make sure the strategies are working you'll need to look at the data, compile reports, and work with our Director of Marketing to review effectiveness.

- Previously held a sales or marketing brand ambassador role.

Cultivation Agents are not only the care takers of beautiful budding plants but help keep the plants healthy and on schedule as they get closer to harvest. How? By working closely with the Cultivation Manager and regularly inspecting plants for any kinds of disease, deficiencies, insets, mold, etc.
On a day-to-day basis you can expect to clone, trim, prune, top, and train plants. You'll also transplant cannabis plants to their final pots and log movement as they go from room to room (as needed).
What does it take to be a Cultivation Agent?
You'd be a great fit if:
- You're at least 21 years of age or older.
- Working with your hands is something you find enjoyable.
- You can bend, climb, squat, twist, kneels and stand for at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.

The Key Patient Consultant provides exceptional customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. In addition, they will provide support and training to dispensary staff at the direction of the Assistant General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and patients with a smile and positive attitude.
- Assist in regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate levels and immediately report any discrepancies to retail leadership.
- Obtain cannabis product from the vault and provide it to Dispensary Agents for sale.
- Be an advocate of cannabis customer care.
- Open and close store as directed by the Assistant Manager or General Manager.
- Assist customers and patients navigate through their cannabis education journey.
- Verify all product is tagged in accordance with state & local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork from the delivery manifests.
- Support the Inventory Manager with reconciliation of physical inventory within State tracking system and POS systems to ensure all information is accurately porting to the state and no malfunctions of the POS and scales are occurring.
- Review online orders to ensure accuracy before pick-up.
- Support Dispensary Agents with any product or POS System questions.
- Build lasting relationships with regular patients/customers to promote regular store visits.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, including bank drops and daily payouts as needed.
- Provide patients and customers alike with information on types, methods, and efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice).
- Continue on-going cannabis education and training.
- Maintain a clean, organize, and sanitize workstation/store front.
- Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up.
- Understand and apply detailed compliance regulations as required by local and state laws.
- Process transactions at the POS and ensure the state monitored inventory system (METRC) accurately updates the amount of product available.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays.

At Battle Green our Compliance Manager is the on-site lead for all things related to field and operational compliance for their assigned locations. You're the go to compliance expert and help team members across all departments navigate regulatory obstacles at the cultivation, manufacturing, and retail sites in the state.
What does a Compliance Manager do? To start, you track all inventory and waste in the state software program and are the audit and inventory pro! You'll not only help the facilities prepare for inspections, investigations, and audits but create and implement SOPs, best practices, and training. Plus, you get to partner with marketing and advertising to provide regulatory guidance and review and approve labels too!
Who would do well as a Compliance Manager?
We think you'd be a great fit if you:
- Have experience working in a highly regulated industry as a compliance lead.
- Enjoy visiting and assisting multiple sites in more than one state. We'll need you to travel from time to time.
- Currently or previously worked in the cannabis space supporting a manufacturing or cultivation facility.
- Are proficient in METRC, MJ Freeway, or BioTrack (LeafLogix for retail) and familiar with implementation processes.

Patient Consultant - Cleveland (Cannabis)

The Patient Consultant is responsible for assisting and consulting patients and caregiver visitors to the dispensary, as well as other dispensary operational activities as assigned by management. As the front line of the business, the Patient Consultant ensures that all operations are run in accordance with management's policies and procedures and that any issues of patient care, legal compliance, or violation of company guidelines are properly communicated to management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General and Assistant Manager with the store opening/closing and the accounting of cash
- Act as a resource and lead to the Management staff and the team of Patient Consultants in the dispensary
- Assists customers in the retail location in accordance with the Company's mission, vision, goals, and objectives
- Follows established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store
- Helps customers make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently and suggesting dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients
- Ensures accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system; Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
- Ensures correct cash handling and discount application
- Verifies proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients and caregivers
- Maintains hard copy files (as required)
- Assists in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- Understands and follows all security measures and safety compliance policies
- Maintains an organized and clean store
- Maintains an accurate and complete visitor log
- Maintains open communication with the management team and other coworkers
- Communicates to management any employee issues or patient situations that could compromise patient care or company compliance to legal and internal standards
- Provides any necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including, daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints

Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Point-of-Sale (POS)/cash register experience with speed and accuracy
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high stress situations, and be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately

Job Summary:

The Lead/Key Patient Consultant provides exceptional customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. In addition, they will provide support and training to dispensary staff at the direction of the Assistant General Manager.

The Lead Patient Consultant provides exceptional customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. In addition, they will provide support and training to dispensary staff at the direction of the Assistant General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and patients with a smile and positive attitude.
- Assist in regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate levels and immediately report any discrepancies to retail leadership.

As a key member of Senior Leadership, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chief Financial Officer and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. Essential Duties
Executive
- Establish an effective working relationship with the Board and its associated committees.
- Notify the Board of Directors of all actual or potential irregularities, non-compliance, or other problems related to the financial operations, financial systems, corporate processes, or any other matter which may have a financial impact on the company.
- Speak on behalf of the company externally to government regulators, financial markets, funding institutions, media, and the general public.
Strategy and Planning
- Contribute to the strategic and business planning process, including providing recommendations to the senior management team on short-term and long-term financing and operating strategy for the organization.
