Retail Cannabis dispensary is looking for a Full Time, experienced Shift Lead to help manage our busy dispensary located in SW PDX. Candidates must have previous Cannabis retail experience, be authorized to work in the United States, possess a valid Oregon marijuana worker permit, & have open availability.

The Shift Lead will be responsible for the following:

- Lead the staff of full & part time employees on Sales Floor, including ensuring break times are taken, online orders are filled and all Customers are greeted and experience the highest levels of Service.

- Drive sales through staff training, sales promotions, innovation, and excellent customer service.

- Ensure Compliance with both Recreational and Medical laws.

- Help maintain an accurate store inventory by ensuring product is accurately labeled and scanned at point of sale.

- Keep the Sales Floor organized and productive, ensuring inventory continually cycles by stocking product from safes, refilling job supplies and directing Budtender projects during slow times.

- Register change and cash drops as needed.

- KeyHolder position. In addition to Opening and/or Closing Store, while on duty, ensure designated doors remain closed and/or locked, and safe balances/all assets are kept secure.

- Manage, diffuse, & resolve customer concerns in a manner that facilitates satisfied, repeat customers & communicates realistic expectations.

-Experience with Flowhub and/or Leaflogix a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
