JOB DUTIES: A Cultivation Production Lead is responsible for completing all assigned tasks as assigned by the Production Manager. All assigned tasks are to be performed based on standard operating procedures. These include transplanting, crop transporting, harvesting, facility sanitation and disinfection, shaping plant material, and waste disposal. Other duties include:
Work directly with team of Production Techs daily to ensure the appropriate resources are available for each task
Ensure standard operating procedures are followed for each task
Collect, review, store, and ensure accuracy of daily metrics/documentation for KPI’s
Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Maintain prompt timing with the department work schedule. Adhere to all company policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum one year of Cultivation Production experience including transplanting, crop transporting, harvesting, facility sanitation and disinfection, shaping plant material, and waste disposal.
Must be coachable with the ability to learn new tasks quickly
Must have the ability to understand and adjust with constructive criticism
Ability to work well with a team while demonstrating a professional and respectful demeanor towards others
Experience working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail

JOB DUTIES

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Nursery Grow Manager must be experienced, reliable and task oriented. and will work as part of a team to manage a state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation facility. · Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field (agriculture/floriculture emphasis).

· Oversee integrated pest management (IPM) program related to biological controls, diseases, insects, etc.
· Assist in the planning, organizing and coordinating of employee tasks related to propagating, cultivating, and harvesting cannabis.
· Assist in creating training material such as SOPs for cultivation tasks (pruning, de-leafing, irrigation, pest control, etc.).
· Track efficiency of labor and assist in improvement projects to meet company goals.
· Assist in coordinating integrated pest management teams to monitor and control pest and disease levels.
· Ensure all safety policies and crop hygiene practices are followed and enforced.

At its core, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract management in coordination with other core functions. The candidate must have prior experience managing a small procurement team to execute sourcing strategies, deliver savings and improve lead times. Key Components/Responsibilities:
· Lead sourcing initiatives to develop best practices, process improvements, reporting, savings pipeline development, negotiations, contracts management, policies, new supplier creation, supplier due diligence and training.
· Ordering of all cultivation inputs (soil, nutrients, amendments, IPM), CRP/sustainable packaging, hardware, devices, manufacturing equipment, supplies, and maintain sufficient inventories of all those procured SKUs through establishing real-time min/max levels for each item and advise management of significant changes in lead times, volumes minimums, and pricing.
· Solicit quotes, process purchase orders, and manage purchase orders to ensure that materials meet the required delivery schedule and comply with requirements.
· Establish policies and procedures for identifying, evaluating, selecting, and negotiating with vendors
· Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, quality, volumes, lead times, contract and payment terms, framework agreements, etc.
· Provide analysis, information, and recommendations to optimize assigned areas while enabling business objectives, including “what-if” scenarios for varying options.
· Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, distributing, and maintaining goods and or services. Proactively manage suppliers and ensure that vendor performance in delivery, cost, and quality are exceeding production needs.
· Lead supplier performance assessments, monitoring, and timely corrective actions. Analyze supplier capabilities, capacity, compliance, risks, etc. to ensure production continuity.
· Involved in develop and maintenance of procurement master data within QuickBooks system (i.e pricing, part numbers, lead times, supplier information, etc.).
· Identify alternate sources for any current supplier and conduct on-site vendor visits when required.
· Ensure inventory management practices are consistent with all accounting standards. Tailor inventory purchasing to support inventory needs and achieve maximum financial and operational performance.
· Work with finance and planning to reconcile and resolve any invoice and/or receiving related issues.
· Utilize lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques to increase efficiency and reduce waste throughout the procurement processes.
· Create and distribute reports pertaining to planned orders, released demands, shortages, schedule changes and inventory.
· Develop and execute purchasing and materials management strategies, plans, policies, procedures, programs and systems, to ensure achievement of short and long term company objectives.
· Ensures that materials and services are purchased in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner without disruption to operations, by implementing consistent process disciplines which leverage all available technology and talent.
· Administers cost reduction methods via increased supplier base, development of source directives, and centralized purchasing.
· Develop trends and forecasts to optimize purchasing decisions.
· Work with management to develop and implement new procedures to streamline processes and identify inventory discrepancies.
· Develop and maintain department metrics to align with company objective.
· Provide budgetary inputs based on executed results and projected initiatives.

Education/Experience
· APICS certification or equivalent preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of progressive purchasing experience, preferably in CPG, agriculture, and/or manufacturing industry.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Finance, Business, or comparable discipline; or equivalent related work experience.

POSITION SUMMARY: The maintenance technician manages the upkeep of the company’s offices. Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Maintain prompt timing with the department work schedule. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

(Preferred industries include Cannabis,Food and retail, CPG, Distribution, and Manufacturing).
* Big 4 or public accounting experience is a plus.
* Fundamental knowledge of GAAP.* Advanced skill level using QuickBooks.* Strong leadership qualities, analytical, and critical thinking skills.* Excellent written and communication skills. Have great people skills.* Demonstrate integrity and dedication and have a positive work attitude along with a strong work ethic.* Flexible with incredible ability to adjust to day to day changes.

The ideal candidate has at least three years' experience in public or private accounting with manufacturing, agricultural, distribution, or consumer product group experience.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Accountant will provide the Controller with assistance on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and reporting requirements. Will assist accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparing financial reports to track the organizations assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.* Experience in an accounting/CPA firm environment is preferred.* Minimum three (3) years of experience in general financial accounting and cost accounting,preferably in manufacturing, agricultural, or distribution.* Minimum two (2) years of recent QuickBooks experience.* Ability to work on a variety of tasks with little direction and able to change priorities as needed.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word* Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a Live Scan background check.

* Performs general accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.* Prepares balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.* Performs account reconciliation and analysis monthly in accordance with GAAP.* Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries frombanks.* Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controlsaccurately and on time* Expense management support daily payment processing, billing, cash receipts, wires/ACHtransfers.* Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas.* Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documentsto perform annual audit.* Files required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.* Prepares complex financial analysis.* Perform cost analyses, production analyses, and inventory reconciliations.* Assists in the design and preparation of budgets for review by the Controller.* Maintains and reconciles fixed assets schedules and other similar schedules as directed.* Other duties as assigned.
