General Summary
The Harvest Technician is very experienced with processing cannabis flowers while maintaining a high-quality standard of work. The technician is expected to maintain flower integrity by proper handling of plants while performing de-leafing duties. The Harvest Technician will have daily goals and is expected to meet defined quotas. The technician will be required to work with various equipment pertaining to harvest duties in a warehouse setting. The harvest technician is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work space for all compliance protocols, to include green waste.
Essential Job Functions

General Summary
The Cultivation Technician aids in the production, maintenance, and health of all crops by performing tasks
assigned by the Cultivation Manager in a large-scale facility. The technician is responsible for plant
quality, upkeep, and overall efficiency of cultivation operations, including performing all tasks needed
throughout the cycle of the grow to ensure development and evolution of quality products.

Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of facility, building, and equipment under minimal supervision.

- Lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs. plus

The Maintenance Technician / Lead is responsible for performing vital functions of the operation in a manner that is economically successful, strategically oriented, technically innovative, and safely executed. This individual will be responsible for all Mid entry-level maintenance under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager and/or general facilities maintenance technician/s.

General Summary
The Harvest Technician is very experienced with processing cannabis flowers while maintaining a high-quality standard of work. The technician is expected to maintain flower integrity by proper handling of plants while performing de-leafing duties. The Harvest Technician will have daily goals and is expected to meet defined quotas. The technician will be required to work with various equipment pertaining to harvest duties in a warehouse setting. The harvest technician is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work space for all compliance protocols, to include green waste.

Job Duties:

The Harvest Technician is very experienced with processing cannabis flowers while maintaining a high-quality standard of work. The technician is expected to maintain flower integrity by proper handling of plants while performing de-leafing duties. The Harvest Technician will have daily goals and is expected to meet defined quotas. Summary/Objective
The Cultivation Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the cultivation and management of all plants including, but not limited to, mothers, clones, vegetative stage plants, flowering plants, and drying plants. The Cultivation Manager oversees and participates in activities related to the care and maintenance of the cultivation by allocating tasks, directly supervising employees, job scheduling, and quality control. Additionally, the Cultivation Manager is responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and reviewing employees.

Work Environment

Position Summary
The General Manager position is responsible to oversee property operations in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and procedures across the organization to increase production, consistency and profitability. Reporting directly to this position are the managers presiding over the cultivation, harvest and trim departments; facilities, human resources, the Bookkeeper, product quality control and compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop the strategic and operational plan for the facility
- Coordination with departmental teams and facilitates the operational flow across departments
- Ensure complete compliance with the State of California statutes and regulations as required for all licenses

Non-Exempt
Reports to: Trim Supervisor
AmericannMade holds a very high expectation in our trim room. We expect all of our employees to do the same. Please read our Trim expectations and Job Duties below.
Essential Functions
- Trim Flower 1.5 lbs to 2 lbs of flower in 8-hour shift.
- The minimum standard is 700 grams per day, this requirement must be met on a weekly average.
- No shaving, No Crows Feet, no visible stems, Clean Cuts no bud cutting
- No one is to enter the trim room without a uniform before/after their shift.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing. Wipe down your table, sweep your area, put scissors away, pick up trash, tidy up your space.
- Accurately weigh and record product and waste.
- Remove fan leafs from branches.
- Bin dry product and prepare for trimming.
- Possibly assisting cultivators in harvesting and cleaning.

Position Summary

- Provides appropriate coaching, counseling, direction and resolution with managers, supervisors and Team Leaders
- Organize periodic trainings pertaining to security for all security, operational and administrative personnel
