The Patient Consultant works part-time and possesses customer service expertise, strong communication skills, and an enthusiasm for natural healing. The role is knowledgeable and proactive in assisting customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The Patient Consultant works flexible shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
What you will do:
The Patient Consultant duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering questions about products, and recommending the right solutions. The Patient Consultant will be efficient and organized in following strict protocol, cash handling, and preparation of products. The role will strive to achieve excellent customer service, maintain the store’s visual appearance in high standards, while staying up to date with current product features to be able to highlight the differences to customers.

What you will do:
The Laboratory Technician is an entry-level position and full-time role, responsible for processing basic cannabis extraction, formulation procedures, providing on-site support assembling and packaging products manufactured by the laboratory extraction facility.
Job Duties:
· Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
· Follow all record keeping procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
· Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws
· Expected to run processes and packaging in a professional manner
· Keep the work area clean and sanitized, along with equipment and glassware
· Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products
