Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, botany, manufacturing, engineering, or a related degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory, management, or equivalent role required.
- Knowledge of effective post-harvest best practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of plant pest issues, insects, and fungi as well control options, especially as it pertains to cannabis and state regulations.
- Effective and efficient communication skills are a must.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize.

This position will manage compliance efforts for Aeriz's Riverbank and all California company locations and requires a wide variety of skills. The right candidate will be extremely detail oriented and able to work cross functionally with multiple departments.
This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal compliance monitoring by working closely with internal business operations to assist in the successful execution of compliance plans and industry standards. This position will also act as the primary liaison between local and state compliance agencies and the company. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company is following all rules and regulations within the cannabis industry and will be responsible for staying current with policies and applicable state regulations impacting institutional compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, initiate, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the business.
- Prepare reports, procedural documents, forms, and permit/license applications.
- Ensure all corporate mandates, compliance, and laws are followed.
- Conduct regulatory compliance reviews.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must be computer literate, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Must have previous experience working with a wide variety of US federal, state and local government entities.

- Previous professional experience working in a position that requires knowledge of CA cannabis regulations is a plus.

The Inventory Clerk will work as part of a team in a brand new, state-of-the-art, indoor Cannabis Production Facility in central California. This individual will be the primary forklift operator to help with the setup of cultivation and production areas. Our ideal candidate will have 6+ months of forklift operating experience, have inventory experience and are able to work on-site on Riverbank.
Responsibilities
- Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
- Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count
- Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent theft
- Obtaining estimates and price details from different vendors to compare costs
- Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products
- Unload materials from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places.
- Handle and transport materials and equipment.
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
- Transport raw materials to production workstations.
- Operate heavy and light equipment and machinery.
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.

We are seeking a full-time Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Anna, IL. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will perform and coordinate cultivation facility finance and production analysis activities to ensure financial integrity of cultivation operations. Working out of Anna, IL, this role will support day-to-day accounting, planning, and analysis to monitor the operations of the facility. Responsibilities will also include identifying potential cost savings opportunities to maximize facility profitability.
Responsibilities
- Provide information for the monthly accounting close process. Assist with the development of standard costs for products produced at the facility.
- Participate in the annual budget process and the updating of financial forecasts.
- Coordinate and oversee physical inventories and audits.
- Develop and review production performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and related data with management. Understand trends and analyze root causes. Develop and analyze harvest yield reports.
- Provide reports and data to cultivation and production managers to assist them in managing their departments’ operations and expenses.
- Analyze cost drivers, identify, and recommend opportunities for cost-effective solutions.
- Provide financial support on as needed basis to general manager and other facility department heads.
- Responsible for fixed asset safeguarding and tracking along with financial analysis to monitor capital projects.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree.
- 3+ years' experience in plant/cost accounting and production statistic generation/analysis in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.

Summary:
General Laborers will work as part of a team in a brand new, state-of-the-art, indoor Cannabis Production Facility in central California. We are hiring several General Laborers to help with the setup of cultivation and production areas. Our ideal candidate will have 6+ months of general laborer experience and are able to work on-site on Riverbank.

- Assist Maintenance Manager in construction and setup projects.
- Handle and transport materials and equipment.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance operations to ensure facility is fully operational and all systems and utilities are in good working order

Summary
We are seeking a full-time Head Grower for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Riverbank, CA. The Head Grower is responsible for managing all aspects of the cannabis crop cultivation at the production facility through successful coaching and development of the cultivation team. The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture, excellent interpersonal skills, experience leading others, and strong cannabis knowledge with a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. Our ideal candidate will hold a master's degree or higher in horticulture or agriculture and significant experience managing a commercial production facility. This role will report directly to the General Manager and work on-site at our cultivation facility in Riverbank.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale cultivation using aeroponic systems, with emphasis on coordinating, timing, scheduling, and supervising the crop cultivation processes.
- Ensure a collaborative work environment through workload planning, delegation, and cross training team members for efficiency and development.
- Establish, refine, and improve overall crop quality using data-driven results to ensure the ability to grow and prepare the highest quality cannabis.
- Schedule workers and manage plant scheduling and workflow organization to precisely fulfill all facility needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Perform/supervise all required duties in the Cultivation Department, including but not limited to mother plant maintenance, cloning, topping, transplanting, trellising, low-stress training, defoliation, nutrient and irrigation management, preventative and curative sprays, and inventory management.
- Manage crop growing environment by monitoring and adjusting plant environment, including temperature, humidity, CO2, and light levels.
- Monitor and identify plant pests and disease and prescribe methods to prevent and mitigate pest issues, along with implementation of the company standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Adhere to intake SOP protocols and collaborate with Director of Cultivation on integration of new genetics brought in by the company.
- Work with the maintenance team and contractors to keep environmental and grow systems in good working order and scheduling maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion.
- Effectively manage and assist in training a cultivation crew and ensure that all actions performed in the facility adhere to the crop cultivation SOP and protocols.
- Ensures a positive work environment, motivated staff, and efficient workflows through open communication, team leadership, technical guidance, staff scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Continue to expand knowledge base in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies, adjustment of nutrients and environmental parameters for specific strain needs, and ways to increase product quality and yields.

Summary

Responsibilities
- Safely transport medication to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff
- Execute all deliveries on time, communicate any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary
- Follow all rules of the road
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained
- Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
- Communicate with packaging and sales department to resolve product issues
- Communicate with dispensaries about schedule
- Work in the packaging department as needed
- Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
- Maintain driver logs
- Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills
Skills & Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must have a flexible schedule in order to accommodate delivery routes and schedules
- Ability to read maps and use GPS effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must comply with all legal and company regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Cutting clones and transplanting plants, filling reservoirs, propagation, fertilization and pest management
- Cleaning growing medium and equipment maintenance
- Moving plants within the facility
- Mixing nutrient solutions and watering plants
- Harvesting mature plants
Skills & Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A physical science or horticulture degree preferred
- Enthusiasm and a passion for growing the cannabis plant
- A minimum of 1-3 years of direct experience with horticulture and/or cannabis cultivation
- Ability to precisely follow directions
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision
- Familiarity with the medical cannabis industry
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy loads continuously (50 lbs) and work in tight spaces
- Computer skills
- A valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and multitask
- Ability to pass a detailed state conducted background check
- No felony convictions
