Role Responsibilities

- Proactively listen to the customers’ needs and assess if the issue needs to be elevated to the next level.
- Meticulous note taking and updating accounts in a CRM tool.
What You Need for the Position:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but can be a mix of education and experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in Client Services
- Experience or familiarity with the cannabis industry
- High volume inbound/outbound call experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, spontaneous environment
- Occasional weekend work, occasional travel

Elite Health Partners is seeking a solution minded, customer-focused professional who will support customers in both resolving product or ordering issues as well as help them find new CBD/Nutraceutical/Beauty or other products to meet their needs. The Manufacturing Client Service Representative will balance their time between supporting customers, responding to in-bound customer service calls and leveraging their sales skills to upsell existing customers as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish subject matter expertise on all Elite Health Partners products
- Working with customers to craft their private label products
- Respond to inbound customer calls spanning general product questions to issues regarding the ordering, fulfillment or use of Elite Health Partners products
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide one-call resolution; tracking and escalating recurring issues and common solutions to team leadership
- Consistently deliver world class customer service
- Drive top line revenue through nurturing and upselling existing small business clients, and overcoming objections.
- Conduct regular business meetings via phone with active accounts
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years in customer service
- 2+ years of experience in Cannabis, Health and Wellness, Nutraceuticals or other consumable products or customer service
- Experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience preferred
