Position Summary:
The Harvest/Packaging Associate will perform all plant harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, and packaging at the cultivation facility. Responsibilities include tracking inventory tags, batching, weighing, and recording all data associated with plant material from harvest through packaging in accordance with state regulations and Standard Wellness quality standards. The Harvest/Packaging Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean work space, including, but not limited to, equipment and tools used in the harvest, trim, drying, and curing processes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow the production plan for harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, and packaging by floating between necessary departments at the direction of the Harvest/Packaging Manager
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic tracking system
- Trim dried product using a trimming machine and fine trim by hand, ensuring an aesthetically appealing, high quality product
- Execute packaging and labeling tasks, including documentation and inventory control procedures, in accordance with state regulations
- Follow all General Agricultural Practices, General Handling Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Follow established sanitation practices for staff, equipment, and facilities to ensure quality measures are met to maintain high quality of product
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Role Summary
The Packaging Associate is responsible for pulling, shipping and distributing materials following established department procedures.
Key Responsibilities

- — MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE. Large SUV or full bed truck, no exceptions, that is dependent and able to put up to 500-1000 miles a month on it. You will be reimbursed at $0.625 per mile of driving which will cover your gas/wear and wear and tear.

- Assist with pulling tested inventory, in advance or on demand, based on incoming sales orders.
- Accurately weigh and package product using a variety of packaging materials based on sales orders.
- Ensure all packages are labeled and identified correctly; resolve and escalate any issues to management.
- Ensure METRC data is current and correct; escalate any issues to management.
- Prepare all packing materials including, bags, containers, and labels.
- Update inventory logs daily and ensure inventory counts are always accurate.
- Ensure vault is maintained in an organized and efficient manner.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits.
- Maintain an organized and clean working environment.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies and SOPs.
- Directly communicate with governing bodies and METRC on interpretations of regulations; resolve any discrepancies and issues.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, full time, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Experience is not required. This is an entry-level position.

Cannabis Nation is actively seeking a Cannabis Packaging, and Harvest labor Associate to join our Cultivation in Gresham. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with cannabis, a desire to learn, and a sense of professionalism. Candidates must also have reliable transportation and be punctual in their attendance.
Position Details:
This employee is responsible for assisting with any and all, day-to-day cannabis concentrate and flower packaging duties, as well as assisting with harvest.
These tasks include but are not limited to:
Performing repetitive harvest labor in flower grow rooms on harvest days, cutting down plants, hanging plants to dry, weighing out and packaging dried cannabis flower, weighing out and packaging extracts/concentrates, packing prerolls, labeling end products, and accurately keeping track of inventory.
Must have strong attention to detail while abiding by all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Expectations:
- Accurately package cannabis concentrates, prerolls, and flower ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Skilled in concentrate packaging and handling, familiar with concentrate consistencies and how to best package them.
- Responsible for quality control on packaged products and keeping track of inventory needs for packaging materials.
- Knowledge of navigating the online Oregon Metrc database and knowledge of Metrc package tag creation is a plus.
- Able to perform repetitive grower tasks such as harvesting and hanging plants in hot and bright grow rooms.

Position Summary: Cannabis producer seeking experienced dry trim staff for licensed cultivation facility. Please read entire job summary and be able to meet all the basic requirements/functions before applying. Essential Functions:
- Breakdown flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from useable product
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.
- Trim cannabis to meet company aesthetics, producing the highest quality product efficiently.
- After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.
- Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves to “waste” for proper tracking.
- Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.
- Employee must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.
- Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Time management; employee must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing the highest quality product.
- Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.
- Employee must show up on time for work every day ready to work.
- Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines, shower prior to shift, wear supplied PPE and coveralls at all time supplied by employer.
- Trim staff is responsible for clean-up, disinfection of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day. This also include light janitorial tasks.
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sterility of workspace at all times.
- Employee must maintain quality standards, flower integrity and adapt to various strains/techniques.
- Employee must be able to work on production requiring accurate weighting, sanitary procedures and perform the task in an accurate, neat and professional manner.
- This includes functional support of primary and secondary packaging, product labeling, and inspection (visual and automated), of topical and ingestible products that will include liquid, powder, gels, tablets, vape devices, edibles, and flower product forms including prerolls and any other cannabis products produced by the company.

- Ability to be flexible and work in various areas of the company as needed an/or requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to, helping grow staff with harvests, small tasks, cleaning and/or moving supplies and equipment and/or helping the packaging department or working elsewhere as needed.

- Trim staff must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company.
- Trim staff must have a basic understanding of Marijuana laws, rules and regulations set forth by the state and Maine OMP; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws is appreciated and commendable.
- Must have an IIC card issues by OCP Maine to be eligible for employment in the Maine cannabis industry
· Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvesting, drying, packaging, trimming and curing; initial focus on trimming with other areas being taught/expected by employees while still maintaining their capabilities as a trimmer.

Noble Farms currently grows cannabis and packages our flower into two brands: Noble Farms (A bud) and Roundhouse Smoke by Noble Farms (B bud/Popcorn).
Summary: By sending in a resume in response to this ad, you will be applying for a Packaging Associate position in our Processing department and will report to the Processing Manager. Our packaging team is responsible for weighting out the buds, and packaging into jars and mylar bags, including sublot stickering and applying strain/tamper seal stickers. You will be trained on how to package the various strains according to our guidelines and SOPs.
Packaging our inventory of flower/buds is the last step in the post - harvest processing. This role is critically important in ensuring strict quality control standards for the products we sell to dispensaries.
Experience with cannabis products is preferred.

Position Details:
This employee is responsible for assisting with any and all, day-to-day cannabis concentrate and flower packaging duties, as well assisting with harvest and performing the occasional flower department grower duties.

- Set up workcell according to standard work layout and placement
- Perform 5S assignments to maintain a safe and clean workplace

The Packaging Associate is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism. The Packaging Associate will be working with a variety of manufacturing/light industrial/production tasks. We have a very fast-paced environment. You must be able to multi-task, work quickly, efficiently, and be adaptable to changing of priorities as well as tasks as needed.
Essential Duties, Procedures, Productivity, and Quality
- Ensure that production is performed by following standard operating procedures.
- Set up room for efficient operation of filling, and packaging; labeling, boxing, inventory counts etc.

Packaging - includes package assembly, properly labeling packages, and packaging of edibles. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 40lbs. Basic math and record keeping skills are a must.
Production - includes product manufacturing assistance, the ability to organize and keep records of product, and an ability to stand for long periods of time.
Above average cleanliness is preferred. This is a kitchen environment.
Job does include helping wash bakers trays and clean up at the end of shifts. Wiping everything down and mopping the floor. Food service is a plus. Will need a Food Handler's Card before you start.
You HAVE to wear a mask for your whole shift.
There are a variety of shifts available with a possibility of future full-time shifts if desired.
We are looking for hardworking, friendly, people who work well in a team. Attention to detail is important. Must be over 21 years old to work this job.
We have 2 schedules available, Monday - Friday and Friday - Tuesday. The daily hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm
Saturday - Sunday 7:00-3:30pm

Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Packaging Associate that will be responsible for packaging cannabis and cannabis derivative products using automated equipment to fill, package and label vials with liquids, oils, cannabis flower, pre-rolls, edibles, etc. You will be an integral team member responsible for meeting Packaging KPIs with the goal to increase profitability and patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency, organization and extreme attention to detail; is resourceful and able to work independently and within a team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Package cannabis and cannabis derivative products using automated equipment to fill, package and label vials with liquids, oils, cannabis flower, pre-rolls, edibles, etc.
- Apply and ensure accuracy of labels to meet specs and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a steady pace and/or quota.
- Operate with integrity and honesty.
- Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
- Ongoing training on various machines and equipment
- Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas.
- Complete side tasks and medicine processing projects.
- Work is performed in manufacturing and lab settings with biohazards/various chemicals.
- Perform other duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
· Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.
· Previous experience would be beneficial, but not necessary.
· Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening.
· At least 21 years of age.

Preroll Packaging Associate’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Under the direction of the Packaging Manager, packaging associates weigh/measure and package cannabis products for resale. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This is a Full-Time, shift C position: shift hours are Friday-Sunday 6:00am to 7:00pm
- Trim and package cannabis and cannabis derivative products using equipment to trim, fill, package and label cannabis flower / pre-rolls / edibles / vials with liquids / oils / etc.
- Apply and ensure accuracy of coordinating patient related compliance labels to outgoing orders

Position details:
The Harvest and Packaging Associate position is responsible for assisting with any and all, day-to-day harvesting, packaging, and labeling duties. These duties include but are not limited to: weighing, labeling, packaging cannabis flowers, trimming cannabis flowers, packaging and weighing extracts, counting products, and accurately keeping track of inventory. - Must be able to meet a daily quota.
- Skilled in concentrate packaging and handling, familiar with concentrate consistencies and how to best package them.

Under the supervision of the Packaging Manager and Assistant Packaging Manager, technicians will work as a team to assist with all shucking, trimming, packaging, and labeling duties at The Botanist's cultivation facility.
This position is responsible for a variety of daily tasks, including but not limited to the following examples:
- Set up workstation according to daily goals established by the Packaging Manager and Assistant Manager, such as trimming, weighing / packing, shucking, or harvesting
- Adhere to state and company policies at all times, following appropriate Standard Operating Procedure according to assigned task
- Verify quality control standards are being met throughout every phase of the production process
- Ensure production goals established by the Packaging Manager and Assistant Manager are being met
- Accurate record keeping abilities
- Close attention to detail - continuously maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Ensure that all product is properly secured and stored
- Package infused products and plant material into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Other duties as assigned including but not limited to harvesting, defoliation, shucking, and post-harvest cleaning
- Uphold all standards and procedures pertaining to facility cleanliness, such as cleaning of supplies, workspaces, transition room
- Assist with other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Packaging Manager and Assistant Manager
Basic Qualifications:
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 1-3 years packaging or production experience strongly preferred..
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be reliable and dependable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate calmly and professionally
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary focus and attention to detail.
