We currently have 20 entrepreneurial groups developing the franchise across 10 states – with shops open in Colorado and Oklahoma. This is a ground floor opportunity to join an industry pioneer and ride a wave of growth that hasn’t been seen since the early years of that fad called the world wide web.

Overview of Position:

The Host is responsible for providing a positive first impression by greeting guests and patients as they enter the shop. The host verifies identification and ultimately sets the stage for a great experience at Unity Rd. A positive, upbeat personality is required, as is the ability to follow very specific state and local rules and regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Warmly greets each guest or patient immediately upon their arrival and invites guests or patients to return when they leave
• Makes each guest or patient feel welcome and comfortable
• Makes accommodations for guests or patients with special needs
• Maintains a clean and welcoming environment in the lobby
• Collects guest and patient information and verify identification
• Enrolls guests and patients in the Loyalty Rewards Program
• Manages the queue and shop occupancy
• Engages in conversation with guests and patients in the queue
• Provide world class customer service to all customers

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Previous retail/cannabis sales experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must maintain composure under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and through written media
• Must have working knowledge of basic computer programs
• Example – Word, Weedmaps, Canva, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
