Position Summary:
The Cultivation Agent is responsible for assisting the Cultivation Manager in monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. Cultivation Agents will assist with all stages of the cultivation process to include planting, watering, fertilizing, trimming, pruning, and harvesting while maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient production area. Agents will maintain and monitor plant production and quality control measures in compliance with state regulations and standards set by Standard Wellness.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure overall plant health by watering, fertilizing, pruning, and trimming according to industry best practices and as directed by the Cultivation Manager
- Monitor plants throughout the grow process for disease and pest infestations
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
- Assist Cultivation Manager with documentation of plants from germination to harvest, including tracking, lot numbers, and application of any product applied to any plant within the cultivation facility
- Follow all General Agricultural Practices, General Handling Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma, or the equivalent

Position Summary
Working under the direction of the Cultivation Director, the Novice Grower(s) will be responsible for following the Standard Operating Procedures for all cultivation activities to insure consistent quality cannabis products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate in daily cultivation tasks.
- Monitor for quality control in line with company standards.
- Working with the compliance manager, track and trace all activities and work performed including; plant tagging and tracking, waste tracking, nutrient and crop inputs, harvest entry, and harvest batch tracking.
- Support the sanitation of equipment and production areas, preparation and maintenance of nutrient reservoirs and irrigation systems.
- Pre-harvest fan leaf removal in the flower room and recording of the waste.
- Removing trellis netting, cutting down the plant, weighing the plant, and entering the wet weight into METRC.
- Removing the waste fan leaves and hanging the plant for drying.
- After the plant is dry, remove the flower from the stem and store for curing.
- Monitoring the curing process and recording moisture content.
- Trimming and sorting flowers for packaging.
- Assure all cannabis products are free from contamination risk at all stages.
- Monitor for quality control in line with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- One to three years experience in a potted plant nursery or cannabis industry desired.
- Must be able to lift, pull and push 50 pounds and stand for an entire 8 hour shift.

The Cultivation Agent is responsible for assisting the Cultivation Manager in monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. Job Summary:
The Grower is primarily responsible for the order, cleanliness, and efficiency of warehouse operations by performing labor work duties.

Cannassentials, a beyond indoor regenerative cannabis cultivator in Veneta is actively searching for a Greenhouse Cultivation Assistant Manager to join our team. The right individual needs to have a passion for cannabis, experience in natural gardening (cannabis or other) and experience with production management and planning of small teams.
- Responsible for working hand in hand with the Cultivation Lead and the Company President with management, planning and garden work. Assistance with day to day running of the flowering greenhouses and the nursery. Production planning, scheduling organization, managing a small crew of 2 or 3 individuals.
Tasks include:

- Foliar Spraying
- Helping with making ferments

ROLE:

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1.0 JOB SUMMARY
The basic function of the Assistant Grower (AG) is to assistant in the management of all growing activities in the fields and greenhouses. The AG is responsible for proper care of plants in the greenhouses, including applying principles and practices of plant propagation, cultivation, and protection. The AG focuses on cleaning, weeding, spot watering, plant health checks, inventory counts, and team supervision. When not performing essential duties listed below, the AG is required to perform other duties as assigned by the Head Grower (HG). The AG’s primary responsibilities are broken down into the following categories:

The following represents the list of essential duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Grower. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the Head Grower.
2.1 General Management and Supervision Responsibilities:
2.1.1 Lead small groups to accomplish tasks in the Growing Division.
2.1.2 Follow standard operating procedures and comply with all safety regulations, ensuring members of the team do as well.
2.1.3 Adhere to overall company policies and procedures.
2.1.4 Take any reasonable action necessary to carry out responsibilities of the position, so long as such action does not deviate from established company policies and is consistent with the company mission and vision and sound business judgment.
2.2 Growing Responsibilities:
2.2.1 Discuss and plan plant growing activities with the Head Grower that are consistent with operation schedules.
2.2.2 Monitor growing conditions and discuss changes in humidity, moisture, temperature, and other environmental conditions with the HG to ensure conformance with quality standards.
2.2.3 Scout for and identify crop issues, bringing them to the attention of the HG.
2.2.4 Maintain detailed records of crop activities and observations, including pesticide applications and growth records.
2.2.5 Learn and adopt new growing techniques and technologies, staying current with best practices in the horticulture industry.
2.2.6 Perform daily work such as, but not limited to cleaning and disinfecting the greenhouses, flats, pots, tools, and work areas; transplanting, pruning, propagating; weeding, applying fertilizer or pesticides; and performing observation walkthroughs.

5.0 JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
5.1 Education: College or University graduate (preferred), with studies in horticulture, agriculture, botany, or biology preferred; or equivalent experience in nursery production.
5.2 Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a nursery environment, preferably in a greenhouse with experience in growing perennials, shrubs, and small fruit plants.
5.3 Skills: Basic computer skills with the ability to learn and use new programs and applications. Must have highly effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly in English is required, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred. Ability to select from a variety of established growing management procedures. Other skills required are attention to detail, keen observation skills, ability to follow strict protocols, work well both independently and as a team, and outstanding interpersonal skills with experience dealing with difficult or challenging employees.
5.4 Physical: Full use of all senses, including physical ability to stand continually, and sit, crouch, bend, reach, walk, climb and maneuver around racking/shelving, farm equipment, packaging equipment, and service areas, including outside in all types of weather conditions. Ability to lift 40 lbs. during job duties.
5.5 Mental: Able to organize and manage information related to growing management.

The position of Assistant Grower is extremely important to the organization and its future ability to capture and maintain its business position and goals. The AG has significant authority over the growing resources within the organization and will be measured in part by the following performance criteria.

6.2 The growing goals and objectives of the Operations Department are met.
6.3 Plants in the greenhouses are successfully planted, maintained, and harvested with minimal losses. Harvested and finished plants meet quality and yield standards.

The Cultivation Attendant will be responsible for cloning, transplanting, pruning, manicuring, de-leafing, and harvesting plants. The basic function of the Assistant Grower (AG) is to assistant in the management of all growing activities in the fields and greenhouses. The AG is responsible for proper care of plants in the greenhouses, including applying principles and practices of plant propagation, cultivation, and protection. The AG focuses on cleaning, weeding, spot watering, plant health checks, inventory counts, and team supervision. When not performing essential duties listed below, the AG is required to perform other duties as assigned by the Head Grower (HG). 2.2.2 Monitor growing conditions and discuss changes in humidity, moisture, temperature, and other environmental conditions with the HG to ensure conformance with quality standards.
2.2.3 Scout for and identify crop issues, bringing them to the attention of the HG.
2.2.4 Maintain detailed records of crop activities and observations, including pesticide applications and growth records.

5.0 JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
5.1 Education: College or University graduate (preferred), with studies in horticulture, agriculture, botany, or biology preferred; or equivalent experience in nursery production.
5.2 Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a nursery environment, preferably in a greenhouse with experience in growing perennials, shrubs, and small fruit plants.
5.3 Skills: Basic computer skills with the ability to learn and use new programs and applications. Must have highly effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly in English is required, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred. Ability to select from a variety of established growing management procedures. Other skills required are attention to detail, keen observation skills, ability to follow strict protocols, work well both independently and as a team, and outstanding interpersonal skills with experience dealing with difficult or challenging employees.
5.4 Physical: Full use of all senses, including physical ability to stand continually, and sit, crouch, bend, reach, walk, climb and maneuver around racking/shelving, farm equipment, packaging equipment, and service areas, including outside in all types of weather conditions. Ability to lift 40 lbs. during job duties.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Cannabis Master Grower to manage our indoor operation. Primary responsibilities will be to optimize all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, and topping. An ideal applicant will be able to define and implement cultivation processes that result in consistent, high-quality harvests year-round.
The facility is a modern cannabis greenhouse with automated light deprivation and LED grow lights. Experience working in this type of facility is preferred.
You must be capable of defining a clear cultivation plan and managing a small group of enthusiastic employees to consistently deliver on that plan.
Core Expectations
· Monitor growing conditions and oversees changes in humidity, moisture and temperature and cultivation procedures; adapting as the facility environment changes throughout the seasons.
· Create and execute a scouting plan that monitors both plant development and health to recognize and rectify problems early.
· Build and communicate requirements and standards for pest control, including scouting plans, pressure limits as well as handle the ordering and application of beneficial insects.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform all the tasks in the grow including cleaning, cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal and inventory management.
EXPERIENCE:
- Have I-502 experience preferred.
- Legally able to work in the state of Washington State.
- 21 years of age or older
