ABOUT THIS ROLE
T-Rex 1 Corp, recently named Most Innovative Cannabis Producer in the Country by Leaflink, is seeking an ambitious, motivated Cannabis B2B Sales Representative to facilitate customer support and manage retail cannabis accounts. The Sales Account Representative will actively seek out and engage customer prospects, boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Sales territory will include south and southwest Michigan.

IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:
- Develop and execute a personal sales strategy that reaches prospecting calls and sales goals
- Cultivate customer relationships and manage account needs
- Provide timely accurate responses to customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of account transactions, proposals and leads in Leaflink
- Assist the company in helping develop and execute long-term goals
- Attend industry events, tradeshows and vendor events
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Service existing accounts in territory
- Provide product trainings and client sales support
- Deliver samples and sales pitch to prospective customers
- Follow up with prospective customers weekly
- Close sales and fill out required paperwork
- Drive to retail account locations as needed
- Follow all company sales protocol and direction from supervisor
- Perform other assigned duties
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year B2B sales experience required
- 1 year cannabis B2B sales experience required
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
