We are a Medical Cannabis evaluation company servicing 15 states all over the country. We are looking for a few great individuals to join our growing call center.
DAILY TASKS:
- Handling high volume of incoming calls, texts, and emails from patients.
- Schedule patients using EMR system (electronic medical record system).
- Answer patient inquiries and educate patient's on all things medical cannabis.
- Provide excellent customer service - kind and compassionate care - with EVERY patient!
- Be a closer! You're job is to book patients for their marijuana appointment. Ultimately, we want people who can take someone from hello to booked.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work in Frederick and arrive to work ON TIME.
- Must be motivated. Our current national operations manager started as a receptionist in one of our clinics, our current call center manager started out as a call center rep. They earned their management roles. We want you to be empowered to do the same! We want A+ players and winners on this team! We reward for a job well done!
- Must be good with technology (I-phone, computers) and be proficient using them prior to starting the job.
- Must be organized and have the patience, discipline and focus to do repetitive tasks well.
- Must take pride in your job! You are on the front line of saving people's lives from opioid or other pill addictions. Be proud of what you are doing and join our family.
- Be trainable! We will teach you everything but you must be smart, focused, and able to retain this information to service patients.
