A Greener Today Marijuana is looking for a new Budtender / Front Door person to join our team.

There are open positions at BOTH Seattle AND Shoreline locations. Please indicate which location is your preference in your cover letter.

We hope to find someone who is welcoming, and can also maintain a safe and professional environment for our guests. This is a great way to get your foot in the door of the cannabis industry.

This a part time position, about 3 shifts a week.

• Checking ID's to ensure all guests are 21 and eligible to enter the shop
• Answering customer questions
• Stocking
• Control the flow of traffic from the front of the shop to the sales floor
• Watch sales floor and assist with loss prevention
• Coordinate with security team
• Maintain happy and welcoming environment within shop
• Cleaning and organizing
• Labeling
• Cash handling

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• ID checking experience
• Passion for cannabis
• Preferred - Prior cannabis experience

We have very high standards for customer service, timeliness, willingness to listen and learn, and flexibility. We expect our sales associates to set the bar for customer care and cannabis knowledge in this industry. This is a fast-paced environment that requires you to balance multiple tasks at once.

About us: A Greener Today is one the most experienced marijuana retailers in Washington state. We come from the medical marijuana industry originally where we were a multi-award winning dispensary. Given our reputation, we make it a point to have one of the most knowledgeable retail staff possible. We also look for customer service agents who have the capacity to give personable service to our wonderful customers and patients. We want all of our patrons to get the best cannabis experience possible and we do that through not only having a great selection, but having an attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Qualities we look for: Cannabis based knowledge, good attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to absorb and convey new knowledge, initiative, professionalism, accountability, and a flexible schedule.
