Assist in developing content for sales and marketing presentations and tools

QUALIFICATIONS *
- 2-3 years prior work experience; CPG preferred; cannabis experience a plus Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office required, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple assignments
- Should have a creative mindset and an eye for detail

EDUCATION *

As our Associate Brand Manager (AMB) youâll play a key role in developing and implementing the consumer marketing strategy for Raw Garden. The ABM plays a critical role in collaborating across Retail, Digital, Events, Category Management, Consumer Insights to stay abreast of competitive and consumer trends, identify new growth opportunities, and to drive the development of new products and marketing initiatives. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and also works closely with Trade, Operations and Sales teams to drive marketing plans and execution.
Here's What You'll Do
- Responsible for driving the annual brand planning process for Raw Garden and managing the effective execution of marketing plans and campaigns
- Develop and consistently communicates compelling brand positions and USPs
- Provide creative direction and ensures programming alignment across Raw Gardenâs target audiences and opportunities
- Build collaborative relationships with Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Analyzes Raw Garden, as well as category performance, and tracks key success metrics around RGâs marketing efforts
- Develop advertising strategy and creative briefs across a variety of creative projects
- Develop media strategies in partnership with internal and external teams and coordinate best-in-class execution
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional project teams on a wide array of Go-To-Market and Brand Building initiatives (i.e. promotions, pricing, distribution, channel strategy etc.)
- Drive profitable brand growth based on in-depth understanding of the consumer, competitive landscape and internal capabilities
- Deliver data-driven insights on the performance of a wide variety of initiatives and make recommendations for enhancing Brand Building and Go-To-Market strategies and executions moving forward

The Opportunity
The Associate Brand Manager, Therapeutic Brands will be an active participant in the design and implementation of marketing strategies for our next generation CBD therapeutic brand portfolio and to deliver on short and long-term goals across multiple route-to-market plans in the USA.
For this role, you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to conduct market and competitive analysis, design campaigns within regulatory frameworks, assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategy for multiple brands. Ultimately, you will help bring our brands to life in the US market and build consumer awareness, engagement and trust.
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring new brands to market by helping to build launch strategy and go-to-market plans
- Lead executional components and ensure successful delivery of integrated marketing initiatives including partnerships, events, product launches, promotions and other projects
- Develop and deploy compelling content in conjunction with digital and content teams, to be shared with key stakeholder audiences
- Serve as a secondary point of contact on key marketing relationships, and the owner of select relationships
- Support research, brainstorming, planning, measurement, and evaluation of brand campaigns
- Manage multiple brand budgets and ensure that all project financials are accurately tracked
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field
- 1-3 years experience as an Associate Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Associate or similar role
- Background and experience in consumer marketing industries such as CPG, OTC/Consumer Healthcare, Beauty/Personal Care, Media, or similar industries
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience with product pricing, packaging and positioning and the ability to perform market analysis
- Familiarity with brick & mortar, digital, and D2C retail channels
- Knowledge of digital + traditional media tactics and measurement tools
- Experience working in highly agile, ambiguous environments with rapid innovation
- A tenacious solutions-finder with a positive âcan-doâ attitude
- Has a finger on the pulse of trends in todayâs consumer behavior
